Terms and Conditions for Payment

Users of yourhero.me can use the platform for free with the ability to create up to 3 case studies. To create more than 3 case studies and access premium features, users must upgrade to the Pro Plan.

• Subscription Price: $9 USD per month
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider
• Billing Cycle: Monthly, with automatic recurring payments
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
• Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription anytime via account settings. Access to Pro features remains available until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused time, or unintentional renewals

We reserve the right to modify the pricing or features of the subscription plan at any time, with prior notice. Changes will take effect on the next billing cycle.
